Day 02: Yangon Departure
Detail Itinearay
Day 01: Arrival Yangon
Arrival to Yangon. Transfer to hotel. Depending on your International flight, that day
will be half day sightseeing. Sightseeing include Chauk Htet Gyi Pagoda (A huge
reclining Buddha Image), Kaba Aye Pagoda(World Peace Pagoda), National museum, Bo
Gyoke market and the glittering Shwe Da Gone Pagoda ( the most famous
pagoda in Myanmar). Overnight in Yangon.
Day 02: Yangon- Bagan- Kanpalet [by flight/car]
Morning flight to Bagan, upon arriving transfer to Pakokku by boat and take your
four wheel jeep at Pakokku jetty for Kanpalet trip. The whole day drive to
Kanpalet crossing over Irrawaddy river on bridge, take your lunch on the way.
Kanpalet is the British settlament town situated at 4560 ft above sea level. The
temperature is cool year round and pleasant. Upon arriving to Kanpalet overnight
at Chinn hill village resort.
Day 03: Kanpalet- Ayesakan- Mt Victoria [Trekking] [by car]
After breakfast, drive to Hlalaungban village to observe ways of life of Chin
tribe. Depart for AyeSakan 5700 ft above sea. Enjoy attractive scenes of natural
springs and the farmed-hillsides adjoining the unaltered forests. Lunch break at
Mt. Victoria and proceed to Ayesakan village by car where you can see Mindut at
4860 ft right on the other side of the mountain. Dinner and overnight at
AyeSakan village.
Day 04: Aye Sakan Mindatt [by car]
Drive about 30 minutes. Leave the car at village trekking path and trek to
Kyarrdo village about 1 hour. Lunch at village and visit Chin houses. Afternoon
hiking down along Cheik Chaung River where your jeep wait and drive to Mindut.
This up hill drive provides magnificent view of the mountains. Experience
overnight accommodations in traditional Chin huts and lodges along the trails.
Day 05: Minndat [Nature Study]
Chin state is blessed by mother nature. The whole area are covered by greenish
mountain, and in the forest seek rare and precious birds species, it is the home
for many kinds of birds and precious herbal. Feel scenic beauty of naturl
mountain ranges and take photo graph. Spend your whole in amazing land or Chin
hill. Overnight at Mindatt.
Day 06: Minndat [Ethnic study]
Visiting to nearby villages, to see how chin people are busy with their
household, men are well known as skill full hunters, and women are one of the
famous of the world as they tattooed on their beautiful faces. Studying to Chin
villages will be one of your sweet and enthusiastic travel memories. Overnight at
Minndat.
Day 07: Mindut - Pontaung - KyaunChaung - Bagan [jeep] [by car/boat]
After breakfast drive to Pauk, crossing over Pontaung about 45 miles for 4 hour.
Pontaung and Ponnyar mountain range is very famous among archaeologist as
primates discovered, about 34 to 50 million years. Lunch stop at Pauk. Continue
to Kyaunchaung, across Ayeyarwaddy River by ferry and continue to Bagan. Dinner
and overnight in Bagan.
Day 08: Bagan- Mandalay [Culture sightseeing] [by flight]
Arriving to Mandalay from Bagan by flight. Sightseeing to famous Maha Muni
Golden image, Kuthodaw Pagoda, Kyauk Tawgyi Pagoda, Myanan Sankyaw Palace,
Golden monastery, and the famous art work shop of gold leave paper making. Trek
to Mandalay hill and overnight at hotel.
Day 09: Mandalay Kalay [by flight]
Flight to Kalay, the famous town of nothern chin state. It is the main trading
center of Chin state as well as central Myanmar, upon arriving take relax at
hotel and evening sightseeing to famous spot of Kalay. Overnight at Kalay.
Day 10: Kalay
Sightseeing to "Reh" lake, a human heart shape lake and it is one of the proud
of Chin People, then seek villages experiences in Kalay and it's nearby.
Overnight at Kalay.
Day 11: Kalay Yangon [by flight]
Back to Yangon by flight to conclude your chin hill excursion, arriving to
Yangon take relax at hotel. Dinner and overnight at Yangon.
Day 12: Yangon Dept:
Depart from your hotel to Yangon airport for your Int'l flight.
